REMEMBER - I am a buyer of sports autographs. I am especially interested in buying baseball autographs
and boxing autographs. If you have one item or an entire collection, please contact me by clicking the link on the navigation
bar on the left and writing to me.

Unfortunately there is a black mark upon the sports autographs market. The forger runs amuck in this part of
the autograph collecting hobby. I have seen the gamut of forgers, ranging from the unsophisticated Brooklyn forger
(20 years ago), scribbling forgeries on little pieces of paper, to sophisticated rings which scour flea markets
and estate sales looking for old baseballs to forge and using bogus COA's to "authenticate" their garbage.
Do your homework before buying any sports autographs. Don't buy sports autographs at bargain basement prices. That is
a sure sign that something is wrong.
Make sure the dealer that you are buying from is well established in the hobby and that he is operating a real business.
Make sure he is not just someone who is scribbling out Babe Ruth fakes just to sell on an Internet auction. Ask for an opinion
from someone else. Establish contacts in the market. If you cannot verify your purchase, then don't give them your hard earned
money. If the price is too good to be true, than avoid the item.
